Our Story

Our story began in 2016 when Schalk Wolmarans created Panorama Lekka Biltong in Alberton. Schalk soon became a legend with his unique recipes that became the most loved biltong and droëwors in the area. It was a huge shock to the community when Schalk passed away in October 2021. His son, Dawid took the business over and sold it to Victor Lemmer in July 2022.
